- How to add an account on enigma.
1. First, open the enigma. 2. Click File from the menu.

3. Then click Preferences from the list. 4. Choose General from the tab menu of the Enigma settings.

6.1 Fill up all the fields correctly using your Softphone Account in your email verification send by 2moshi Network.

6.2. Enter your proper Screen Name. Your Screen Name will appear at the bottom of the main window of Enigma, in Account Section.

6.3. Enter your Username. Your Username should be the same username in your Enigma Softphone Account generated during registration in 2moshi network(see Figure 1.5).

6.4 For Requires authentication part, enter your Username. Your Username should be the same username in your Enigma Softphone Account generated during registration in 2moshi network (see Figure 1.5).

6.5. Enter your Password. Your Password should be the same password in your Enigma Softphone Account generated during registration in 2moshi network (see Figure 1.5).

6.6. After completing all the fields, click OK. Your new added account will appear at the SIP accounts portion of the General section.

7. To fully register your new added account, click the checkbox in the Register column beside your Screen Name of the SIP accounts portion.

8. To make your account to be default everytime you open the Enigma software, click the Default account and PSTN account buttons.

9. Click OK. A message box will appear in your screen showing that the settings in your account has been updated. 10. Restart your Enigma software to reflect changes in your account. To restart Enigma, click File from the menu then select Quit to restart. 11. To know if your account has been registered, click View from the menu then click Status from the list. If your account status is unregistered, right click on your selected account then click register from the list.

- How to edit account in Enigma
1.To edit your account in Enigma, open your Enigma software then click File from the menu. 2. Click Preferences from the list. 3. Choose General from the tab menu of the Enigma settings. 4. Click on your selected account that you want to edit from SIP accounts portion. 5. Click Edit button to edit your account. 6. From the General section of the Sip account settings, fill up the form with your new account information then click OK. 7. After editing your selected account, click OK. A message box will appear in your screen showing that the new settings in your account has been updated. 8. Restart your Enigma software to reflect changes in your new edited account. To restart Enigma, click File from the menu then select Quit to restart.

1. First, open the enigma. Click File then Preferences and choose Language Tab. 2. Choose from your desired language. 3. Then click OK. 4. A message box will appear stating that you must restart the Enigma. Click OK then close and open again the Enigma to take effect of the settings. back to top

1. First, open the enigma. Click a desired Group Name from the Contact portion of the enigma. 2. - How to start a Conference call.
1. First, open the enigma. Then click the Contact from the menu. 2. Then choose Conference from the list. 3. Enter a member's username then click Add Member button. 4. Click Quit button to close Conference. back to top
- How to start an Instant Message.
1. First, open the enigma. 2. Select a contact name from the Contact portion of the Enigma. 3. Click the IM button from the bottom of the Enigma or you can click Contact from the menu then select Instant Message from the list.

What is User Profile page?
|
User Profile page contains all information that you inputted during registration and you can update your user profile or change your password if needed and for your security reason.
All information that you provide in this page is strictly confidential and will only be used to send you updates and new features and services in the future.

How to Update your User profile?
|
1. Login to 2moshi network using your 2moshi account. 2. By default, a form will appear in your screen showing your user profile. 3. All fields that has (*) asterisk are required to be filled up.

4. If you want to have a soft copy of your user profile, click the checkbox beside the Save button. 5. Click Save to update your user profile.

Softphone Account Page
|
The Softphone Account Page is used for managing account/s. The user can add, edit, delete and view existing softphone account/s.

Accounts
This is the registered username and the server domain. This is used in logging in using the MonaPhone.

Alias
This is an auto-generated alias for the username which can be used instead of the username.

- How to add an account in 2moshi
1. Login to 2moshi network using your 2moshi account 2. Click Softphone Accounts from the menu. 3. Fill up all neccessary information on the left side of the page (shown in Figure 1.1) then click add button. *Note: Using your added Softphone accounts, you can sign-in to Enigma Softphone or in Java Version of Softphone.

- How to delete your existing account in 2moshi
1. Login to 2moshi network using your 2moshi account. 2. Click Softphone Accounts from the menu. 3. In the right side of the page where your account/s is listed, click delete button to delete your selected softphone account (shown in Figure 1.2).

- How to modify your account in 2moshi
1. Login to 2moshi network using your 2moshi account. 2. Click Softphone Accounts from the menu. 3. To modify your 2moshi account user information (shown in Figure 1.2), click on your selected 2moshi account and a pop-up window will appear in your screen containing your 2moshi softphone account information (shown in Figure 1.3). 4. Apply all the changes in your account then click save button (shown in Figure 1.3).

- How to view your Call History Page
1. Login to 2moshi network using your 2moshi account. 2. Click Softphone Accounts from the menu. 3. Click on your selected account. A pop-up window will appear in your screen. 4. From the pop-up window, click Calls from the menu. 5. Select a month that you want to view your call history then click View button (shown in Figure 1.4).

How to view your Credit History Page
1. Login to 2moshi network using your 2moshi account. 2. Click Softphone Accounts from the menu. 3. Click on your selected account. A pop-up window will appear in your screen. 4. From the pop-up window, click Credit History from the menu to view your Credit History(shown in Figure 1.5).

How to add Initial Credit Load
1. Login to 2moshi network using your 2moshi account. 2. Click Softphone Accounts from the menu. 3. Click on your selected account. A pop-up window will appear in your screen. 4. Click Credit from the menu. An initial value of 500.00 is set for your initial Prepaid Balance (shown in Figure 1.6).

How to add Prepaid Load
1. Login to 2moshi network using your 2moshi account. 2. Click Softphone Accounts from the menu. 3. Click on your selected account. A pop-up window will appear in your screen. 4. Click Prepaid Load from the menu. 5. Enter your prepaid number (shown in Figure 1.8).

How to set-up X-Lite for Windows
- Installing X-Lite
1. Download X-Lite at http://www.counterpath.net/x-lite.html&active=4 (X-Lite 3.0 Recommended)
2. Run the X-Lite setup executable file and follow the prompts from the install wizard.
3. At the final step of the wizard, check the Launch X-Lite checkbox to start using the softphone.
4. Click Finish to complete the installation.

- Configuring X-Lite
1. Start X-Lite by using the Windows Start menu or by double-clicking the desktop icon.
2. The Call display shows Initializing, followed by Discovering network and Awaiting proxy login information.
3. To use an account for VoIP communication, the account must be enabled within the X-Lite client.To enable an account, click menu at the top of the softphone, choose SIP Account Settings and select the Enable checkbox for the desired account. Please refer to Setting up account back to top
- Setting up Account/s
1. Create the account: click menu at the top of the softphone and choose SIP Account Settings.
2. Click Add Button on Sip Accounts

3. The Properties of Account window appears. Fill-up the necessary data for the following fields
Display Name: Any Display name you want.
User name: The user name registered on 2moshi.com
Password : The password for the registered account.
Domain : maido3.net
Make sure that the Register with domain and receive incoming check box is checked.

- Placing a Call
Users can place calls to a remote party using:
• A SIP address (e.g. kpereira@domainabc.com)
• A traditional phone number (if the VoIP service provider for the account supports PSTN gateways)

Keying |
1. Enter the SIP address or number in the Call display using the softphone keypad or the computer keyboard.
• Enter the entire SIP username (kpereira@domainabc.com) or just the name (kpereira).
• If the "Turn Letters Into Digits" feature is enabled, X-Lite converts letters that a user types into corresponding numbers from the dialpad. Click Clear, then press the keyboard’s spacebar and try typing again.
2. Click or press Enter to dial. |

1. After keying in part of a number, X-Lite may suggest additional text for completing the entry. Press Tab to accept the suggestion or continue typing the desired number. 2. Click or press Enter to dial. |
